Great Winter Finds

Winter Carnival

Holidays over but still in the mood for merriment? From January 22 to February 1, visit the Winter Carnival, held in downtown Saint Paul. The event ice sculptures galore and hosts parades, coronations, carving contests and art exhibits. The whole deal attracts more than 350,000 visitors each year.

Winterfest

Chase out the winter chill with Winterfest, presented by the MN Craft Brewers Guild. You’ll be able to sample the best beer brewed in Minnesota. Held inside the Minnesota History Center in Saint Paul, the event will include beer, food and live jazz music.

Twins Fest

TwinsFest 2009 will take place from January 23- 25. More than 50 current, former and future Twins players are expected to appear over the weekend. All paid admissions to TwinsFest will include a buy-one-get-one free coupon for an Upper Club ticket for a 2009 regular season home game. Event highlights will include: tours of the Twins' clubhous, the Upper Midwest's largest baseball card and collectibles extravaganza, National Anthem tryouts, live and silent auctions, youth baseball clinics and more.
