Convention Center Incentives

The Minneapolis Convention Center is excited to extend the following offer to new events booked and actualized by March 31, 2010:

Up to a 20% discount off Minneapolis Convention Center function space rental charges
Up to a 20% discount off audio-visual equipment charges for equipment provided by the Minneapolis Convention Center
Up to a 20% discount off catered food & beverage provided by Kelber Catering, the exclusive food & beverage provider at the Minneapolis Convention Center

Qualifications and restrictions

The following event booking qualifications will need to be met in order to qualify for the discounts:

The event must be a new event that has never been held at the Minneapolis Convention Center and is contracted and actualized by Wednesday, March 31, 2010
These incentives do not apply to any event that had been previously confirmed at the Minneapolis Convention Center and/or represents existing business that is held at the Minneapolis Convention Center on a regular basis (for example, weekly, monthly, biannually, annually, or biennially)
The incentive plan discount can’t be combined with any other offer and/or incentive plan
Incentive plan discount offer is based upon availability at the participating venues
