In the spring of 2009 the Guthrie will present a landmark theaterwide celebration honoring the work of award-winning playwright Tony Kushner. In addition to presenting Kushner's work on three unique stages, including a new play commissioned by the Guthrie, the theater will offer a series of speakers, scholars and special events designed to fully examine and celebrate Kushner's body of work.
